Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Neptune Enterprises.
Service Inspection Charges
A basic inspection or visiting charge may apply when a technician visits the customer location.
Inspection/visiting charges are non-refundable, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
Repair Service Charges
Once the customer approves the repair and the work is completed, service charges and spare part costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for completed services.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made after the technician has been assigned or dispatched, a visiting charge may apply.
Spare Parts
Spare parts used during repairs are covered only by the supplier/manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
Neptune Enterprises does not provide independent replacement guarantees beyond service workmanship assurance.
Workmanship Support
If an issue reoccurs due to the same repair within a reasonable time, customers may contact us for re-inspection.
Our team will review and provide support as per service conditions.
