Neptune Enterprises is an independent home appliance service provider. We are not authorized or affiliated with any appliance brands or manufacturers. All brand names and logos used on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

We provide repair and maintenance services for appliances out of warranty and use genuine or compatible spare parts, based on availability.


2. Service Booking

  • Customers can book services via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
  • A basic inspection/visiting charge may apply and will be informed before the visit.
  • Full cost and repair details will be explained before any work begins.

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts as per customer choice and availability.
  • Warranty on repairs and spare parts (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the bill/invoice.
  • Warranty coverage may vary from 30 to 90 days depending on the type of service or product used.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. Online payment confirmation is required before technician leaves.
  • No credit or postpaid service is offered.

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not offer replacement of appliances or factory-level repairs.
  • Services are offered only within Coimbatore city limits.
  • We do not handle appliances under brand warranty or involve in any brand claims.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure appliance access and a safe working environment for the technician.
  • Inform us in advance about any prior repair history or hidden issues.
  • Keep invoice and service details for warranty claims (if applicable).

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the service time.
  • For cancellations after technician arrival, a visiting charge will apply.

8. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal details you provide will only be used for booking and service purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
